At Ridgeline Lofts we work closely with our customers every step of the way. Offering professional advice and taking all of your ideas into account, we strive to make the duration of the build a hassle and stress free experience for you.
We understand getting a loft conversion or having any type of building work done on your home is not only a big commitment, but can be nerve racking to some. Which is why we are always on hand to put your mind at ease, simply give us a call to discuss any questions you may have regarding the build.
Ridgeline Lofts use only the highest quality materials and respected, quality tradesmen who are the best in their fields and have positive reputations. All of the tradesmen we work with are fully insured, giving you complete reassurance and peace of mind.
Ridgeline Lofts will treat your home as if it was our own. At the end of every working day we will clean the site from top to bottom. During the build we will also do our upmost to minimise the impact on your daily life, apart from the general noise from power tools etc, there will be very minimal disruption.
We take great care when working in your home, we take all the necessary precautions to protect your floors, carpets and walls making sure no damage is made. We will keep things tidy and are professional at all times

What is the Federation of Master Builders (FMB)?
The Federation of Master Builders is the largest trade association in the UK construction industry, representing thousands of firms in the UK. Running for over 75 years, the FMB has championed continuous improvement in building standards.
The FMB goes beyond simple checks and ratings; we independently inspect and vet our members upon joining to provide credible proof of their calibre.
The Master Builder logo represents trust, quality, protection and experience. As a homeowner you are assured of a better result, knowing you are working with the best builders.
Choosing who builds or improves your home is an important decision. At Ridgeline Lofts we have achieved the status of Master Builder. This goes beyond “checked” or “rated” and demonstrates my company has been professionally vetted by the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), the UK’s largest trade organisation in the building industry.

Velux Certified Installer
Who are Velux? VELUX is the UK’s No.1 in Roof Windows, offering high-end skylights, roof windows and other products, we are able complete your loft conversion with beautiful skylights and stunning flat roof windows.
Velux are a Trustmark scheme operator, so you have the additional comfort and peace of mind that Certified Installers are members of the only government-endorsed scheme for tradesmen.
As Velux Certified Installers we must comply with their stringent and regular checks and assessments including:
- Examination of their financial records and trading history
- Provision of relevant documents such as public liability insurance
- Credit checks
- References from previous customers
As Certified Installers we also undergo on-site inspections from Velux to ensure that the quality of our work meets the Velux standard and agree to a comprehensive code of practice covering conduct and workmanship.
Trustmark
Trustmark ensures our customers we are not cowboy builders, this government endorsed accreditation is awarded after on site inspections take place and ensure that we are qualified to provide our services.
As a TrustMark Registered Business, our clients know they are engaging in an organisation that has been thoroughly vetted to meet required standards and has made a considerable commitment to good customer service, technical competence and trading practices.
Gas Safe
At Ridgeline Lofts we only use plumbers who are fully gas safe registered and trained in every aspect of plumbing. Each registration is valid for just 12 months, which means that all engineers must have additional training on an annual basis to update their knowledge and skills.

NIC EIC
We only use NIC EIC registered electricians. Contractors registered by NIC EIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure that they are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and rules of the Schemes they are registered to.
